Shipping policy

For purchases made at our boutiques or through reaganny.com, Reagan will gladly arrange an exchange or issue a store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging and sales receipt. Please note that Reagan does not provide refunds for purchases made in-store or online.

 For online orders, please contact us in advance to confirm your return and receive detailed shipping instructions; under no circumstances should jewelry be sent back without prior authorization. Online purchases may also be returned in person to any Reagan boutique within the United States for an exchange or store credit only.

Please be aware that custom-made or special-order pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. In addition, items showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, including engraving, embossing, resizing, or other modifications, cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Can Reagan make arrangements for special occasions such as anniversary gifts? Absolutely. We would be happy to assist.
