Exchange & Store Credit Policy

While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are happy to help you find the perfect piece if your initial selection isn't quite right.

  • Timeline: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or store credit.

  • Condition: Items must be in pristine, unworn condition and returned with all original packaging and the sales receipt.

  • Procedure: * Boutique Returns: You may visit any Reagan New York location in the U.S.

    • Online Returns: You must contact our team before sending any items back. For security reasons, do not ship jewelry to our offices without prior authorization and specific shipping instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our collection, certain items are considered Final Sale:

  • Custom-made or bespoke commissions.

  • Jewelry that has been personalized (engraving, embossing, etc.).

  • Pieces that have been resized or altered.

  • Any item showing signs of wear or structural damage.
