Product Care & Repairs

How do I clean my REAGAN jewely?

At Reagan, we believe jewelry should be worn and enjoyed as part of everyday life. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to be lived in, not left untouched. When not being worn, we recommend storing your Reagan jewelry in its original pouch or case to help preserve its beauty.

For best results, we do not recommend cleaning fine jewelry at home. Professional cleaning through Reagan ensures your piece is handled with the utmost care and expertise. Please contact us to arrange cleaning through our workshop.

If home cleaning is necessary, use a small amount of gentle dishwashing soap with lukewarm water. Rinse carefully and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive materials, as these may damage gemstones or finishes.

There's a problem with my REAGAN piece. What should I do?

Even when worn with care, fine jewelry may occasionally require polishing, adjustment, or repair. This is a natural part of owning and enjoying a well-made piece.

To protect the craftsmanship and integrity of your jewelry, all repairs and alterations should be coordinated through Reagan. Work performed outside our approved workshop may compromise both the structure and longevity of the piece.

Please contact us as soon as an issue arises. Upon receiving your jewelry, our team will conduct a careful assessment and follow up with an estimate outlining the recommended work, associated costs, and expected timeline.

If your piece was not purchased directly from Reagan or an authorized partner, authentication may be required before service can begin. We are unable to repair or modify pieces that cannot be verified as authentic Reagan jewelry.
